The Petro Rubber Heavy Load Swab Cup is our high-performance, all-rubber cup designed for maximum lifting capacity and extra-long life. It is molded out of Petro Rubber’s extremely tough, abrasion-resistant rubber compound, formulated specifically for swab cups. High swabbing speeds, deep wells, rough tubing—whatever the conditions—this is the best all-rubber swab cup you can put down your well. Most sizes are available in aluminum (A) or steel sleeves (S).

The Petro Rubber Medium Load Swab Cup is our all-purpose cup designed to perform well over a wide range of lifting demands. The three smaller lips allow this cup to load up under less fluid, while the larger lips provide extra lifting capacity. It is molded from the same abrasion-resistant rubber as our heavy-load cups, making it extremely durable and long-lasting.

This is a good, versatile swab cup that delivers exceptional results in most swabbing situations. Most sizes are available in aluminum (A) or steel sleeves (S).

The Petro Rubber Light Load Swab Cup is an all-rubber cup designed to lift lighter loads. The multiple flexible lips seal easily and maintain a seal so that small amounts of fluid can be lifted out of the well. Another benefit of this design is the ability to control the suction created below the swab assembly as it is pulled up the tubing.

This minimizes the amount of sand being sucked into the wellbore and reduces the potential for damage to fragile formations. Molded out of the same abrasion-resistant rubber as our other swab cups, this durable cup is capable of multiple runs in even the roughest tubing. Most sizes are available in aluminum (A) or steel sleeves (S).

The Petro Rubber Sand Swab Cup is an all-rubber cup designed to run in wells with a high ratio of suspended sand or other solids in the fluid. The multiple lips seal easily but allow solids to pass by the swab assembly while still maintaining a positive seal. This action eliminates the build-up of solids on top of the swab assembly, thereby minimizing the chances of getting stuck.

This cup is also effective in wells with worn or damaged tubing where maintaining a seal with the swab cup is difficult. Molded out of the same abrasion-resistant rubber as our other swab cups, this cup will stand up to the worst tubing. Most sizes are available in aluminum (A) or steel sleeves (S).

The Petro Rubber Wire Swab Cup is our strongest and most durable swab cup. We mold the same tough rubber compound used to make our other cups into a spring steel wire insert that provides extra strength and reinforcement. These cups are designed to withstand extreme swabbing conditions for maximum load-lifting capability. They show their obvious superiority when used at higher speeds, deeper wells, or extremely bad tubing.
